- AstaPure® Arava - Whole algae Heamatococcus Pluvialis is a unique source of minimally processed and unrefined natural astaxanthin, one of nature’s most potent antioxidants which provides a wide variety of health benefits. The beneficial effect of astaxanthin on muscles was shown in many studies which showed better exercise performance, reduction in muscle fatigue and improvement in recovery after exercise.
- Magnesium Glycerophosphate - a mixture of ingredients that are essential for optimal muscle function, including muscle relaxation and energy production. Unlike many Magnesium formulations, magnesium glycerophosphate does not cause abdominal discomfort and diarrhea.
- Vitamin B6 - our body requires vitamin B6 for a variety of functions, including protein metabolism, muscle building, and release of glucose from glycogen (needed to provide energy during exercise). Vitamin B6 can't be produced by our bodies, so we must obtain it from food and/or supplements.
