Preparation:
1. Put the ingredients of Phase A into reaction kettle under medium speed stirring, heating.
2. Add Phase B, medium speed stirring and heating to 83-88?, homogenize the system.
3. Add Phase C, homogenize the system at 83-88?.
4. Stir and low the temperature to 45?, then add Phase D, homogenize the system.

Viscosity: 58,388 (cP, Broodfield, 6.0 rpm, 4# spindle, 25?, 30S)
pH value: 7.56 (10% solution, 25?)
