Silube

Silube®J208-812 is a water insoluble alkyl functional silicone polyether designed to emulsify water into organic oils. Silube J208-812 is a water insoluble silicone surfactant. The presence of a fatty acid attached to a long chain silicone copolymer in Silube J208-812 provides excellent lubricity and release properties in any water-based application. The balance of alkyl groups and polyethers on the same silicone backbone makes Silube J208-812 an excellent water-in-oil emulsifier.

Silube® J1015-O-212 is a 100% active, silicone alkyl polyether emulsifier for the formulation of oil in water or silicone in water emulsions. Silube J1015-O-212 is a non-ionic emulsifier designed to formulate very stable O/W and Si/W emulsions of creams, lotions, skin care and sun-care products with an excellent texture and skin feel. It is compatible with and improves the compatibility of typical cosmetic active ingredients. Silube J1015-O-212 provides excellent texture and skin feel to the end skin care product.

Silube®T308-16 is a water-insoluble alkyl functional silicone polyether. The INCI name is Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone.

Silube® CST Di-25 is an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifier and pigment dispersant. Silube CST Di-25 is most suitable for use in formulations at levels of 0.3-3.0%.

Silube® J208-4I is a novel silicone emulsifier. The unique structure results in molecules that provide excellent emulsification properties that can be used to make regular and invert emulsions for various personal care formulations. It has a calculated HLB of 6.0 and can be used as O/W emulsifiers in formulations such as face creams, body lotions and hair conditioners. It provides ease of formulation, enhanced performance, and lubricity. It is also very effective as emulsifier for oil-in-water/ethanol emulsions.

Silube® J208-212CG is a water-soluble, alkyl functional silicone polyether designed to emulsify organic oils in water. The presence of a fatty acid attached to a long chain silicone copolymer in Silube J208-212CG provides excellent lubricity and release properties in any water-based application.

Silube®J208-412CG is a water-dispersible alkyl functional silicone polyether designed to emulsify organic oils in water. The presence of a fatty acid attached to a long chain silicone copolymer in Silube J208-412CG provides excellent lubricity and release properties in any water-based application.

Silube®T310-A-16 is a water-insoluble alkyl functional silicone polyether. Silube®T310-A-16 is a water-insoluble silicone surfactant, but which is soluble in various oils. The presence of a fatty acid attached to a long chain silicone copolymer in Silube®T310- A-16 provides excellent lubricity and release properties in any water-based application. It gives excellent anti-wear results in water-based metal working fluids. It can be used in a wide variety of metal working operations.

Silube®CS-I is a 100% active anionic water-soluble silicone. It is compatible with a wide range of surfactants. When neutralized it is self-emulsifying in water and soluble or dispersible in many solvents. INCI Name: Dimethicone PEG-8 Succinate.

Silube CSO Di-25 is an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifier and pigment dispersant. Silube CSO Di-25 is most suitable for use in formulations at levels of 0.3-3,0%.

Silube J208-6I have a calculated HLB of 4 respectively and it is W/O sunscreen emulsifier that provide additional benefits such as SPF boost, easy application with added slip and lubricity and good compatibility with sunscreen ingredients.

Silube® J208-8I is a novel silicone emulsifier. The unique structure results in molecules that provide excellent emulsification properties that can be used to make regular and invert emulsions for various personal care formulations. Silube J208-8I has a calculated HLB of 2.0 and is a W/O sunscreen emulsifier that provides additional benefits such as SPF boost, easy application with added slip and lubricity and good compatibility with sunscreen ingredients. Silube J208-8I is an excellent emulsifier for W/O liquid foundation formulations. The use level is about 3-6%.

Silube® 316 is a unique multi-hydroxyl functional silicone which acts as a medium HLB emulsifier. Silube 316 has no ethoxylated components and is a PEG-free, water-insoluble, alcohol soluble and hydro alcoholic soluble silicone that stabilizes water in oil (W/O) and water in silicone (W/Si) emulsions while also providing novel features and textures to the emulsions. Silube 316 provides a unique light skin feel especially in color cosmetics and is effective in difficult systems like sunscreens, make ups and complex emulsion systems. Silube 316 is compatible with most cosmetic ingredients, but also with special ingredients such as electrolytes, UV filters, pigments/colors, powders, and various active ingredients.
