Today, Silon designs, produces and sells polyolefin-based performance compounds and polyester fibers for applications in construction, the automotive industry, for hygienic and medical applications, as well as for general industrial applications.
Silon also offers industrial park services in Plana nad Luznici through its subsidiary company.

TABOCAB® CM 010

TABOREX® TA 1108 HD is a crosslinkable compound made by Silane grafted ethylene polymer. This graft polymer constitutes together with a TABOREX® Masterbatch containing the crosslinking catalyst a “SIOPLAS-SYSTEM”. Pipes which are produced with the SILON grade TABOREX® TA 1108 HD fulfill the requirements of ASTM F876, CSA 137.5, EN ISO 15875, BS 7291, NSF/ANSI 14, NSF/ANSI 61 and all related standards. This system allows the compound to be extruded as a normal thermoplastic polymer and will attain a high level of crosslinking in the processed form. The final product provides all the superior properties associated with crosslinked polyethylene.

TABOREN® PH 51 G 40

The HFFR compound product range is a group of thermoplastic, halogen-free flame retardant, low-smoke and non-toxic compounds based on polyolefins and mineral fillers. These compounds are used to produce cable insulation and sheathing. These compounds are developed to be easy to process and for optimally high productivity. The individual compounds are designed depending on the type of end cable application so that these retain their thermo-mechanical properties and a high level of fire retardancy, and therefore provide a solution with greater protection of people and property in case of fire.

TABOREN-PH 89 T 20-075 is a compound based on polypropylene homopolymer filled with 20% of talc, stabilized with a high antioxidant package. It is designed for injection molding technology and used in many industrial fields with stress put on excellent processability and good surface performance. The grade is available in black color.

The HFFR-XL compound product range is a group of thermosetting, halogen-free flame retardant, low-smoke and non-toxic compounds based on polyolefins and mineral fillers, which can be crosslinked using heat or moisture. A catalyst masterbatch is added during the final extrusion together with the main compound (SIOPLAS method). These products are suitable for producing cross-linked insulation or sheathing.
