LAMINATING : After mixing according to the indicated ratio carry out impregnation of the reinforcements. Let polymerise 24 hours at room temperature. Then cure 24 hours at 45°C.
Then demould and cure (see § Thermal treatment). Laminating thickness must not exceed 10 mm. In the case of a laminating recovery a peel-ply fabric is recommended.
CONCRETE : To produce an aluminum concrete, use 120 g to 150 g of EPOLAM 2080 mix, for 500 g of RZ 1019 granulate + 500 g of RZ 1021 of granulate. Mix the whole together using a planetary agitator and tamp down on to the laminate which is not still gelled.
