The company’s main products include: acrylate processing aids, PVC foaming regulators, full acrylate impact modifiers, MBS impact modifiers, multifunctional impact modifiers CGA series products, high-efficiency lubricants , Engineering plastics ASA high rubber powder and other products. Now it has formed an annual output of 60,000 tons of acrylic processing aids, 10,000 tons of all-acrylate impact modifiers, 30,000 tons of MBS impact modifiers, and 10,000 tons of lubricants. Engineering plastic ASA has an annual output of 10,000 tons, with a total production capacity of 120,000 tons. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to the independent research and development of functional polymer additives, and has established Weifang City Enterprise Technology Center, Weifang City Engineering Laboratory, Weifang City Key Laboratory and other research and development institutions. Shandong Donglin New Materials External lubricant DL-74 is a high molecular weight neutral polybasic fatty acid complex ester. Its properties are milky white or light yellow flakes or flowing powders. It is non-toxic and tasteless, insoluble in water, and easily soluble in tributyl phosphate and tributyl phosphate. DL-74 has excellent dispersibility and best transparency. It is used as an external lubricant. Used to produce various PVC products, especially PVC transparent products.
