Shandong Donglin New Materials Internal lubricant DL-60 is a neutral saturated fatty alcohol dicarboxylic acid ester, its properties are milky white or light yellow flakes or flowing powder, non-toxic and tasteless, insoluble in water, soluble in tributyl phosphate and chloroform ,this product can be used as internal lubricant for PVC to produce various PVC products.

Use

DL-60 is used as a lubricant for processing hard polyvinyl chloride products. It has good compatibility with PVC and other additives. It is suitable for various processing conditions. It can promote uniform plasticization of the melt and improve the impact strength and surface gloss. It can be widely used in transparent sheets, pellets, profiles, plates, and pipes. The addition amount is generally 0.3-1.2 parts, and it should be appropriately increased under special circumstances.
