Shandong Donglin New Materials External lubricant DL-74 is a high molecular weight neutral polybasic fatty acid complex ester. Its properties are milky white or light yellow flakes or flowing powders. It is non-toxic and tasteless, insoluble in water, and easily soluble in tributyl phosphate and tributyl phosphate. DL-74 has excellent dispersibility and best transparency. It is used as an external lubricant. Used to produce various PVC products, especially PVC transparent products.

Product Application

DL-74 is an external lubricant for PVC processing, especially suitable for the processing of soft/hard PVC pellets, transparent sheets, plates, shrink films, and calendered films. It can extend the plasticization time of the material, reduce the balance torque, enhance the demolding effect, and improve the surface smoothness of the product. The addition amount is generally 0.3-0.8 parts (transparent), 0.3-1.2 (opaque), and can be appropriately increased under special circumstances.
