SPP-25 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent.  The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

AquaFLON® 50-RC is an aqueous dispersion of submicron polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is produced to be in compliance with REACH regulatory requirements. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

AquaFLON® 50-RC

NanoFLON® MO20 is a 20% dispersion of premium grade submicron polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in mineral oil. These products are ideal for use in extreme pressure, anti-wear and low friction lubricants under high or low temperatures.

Fluoro GS 125 is a free-flowing, easily dispersed PTFE micropowder. It provides friction reduction, improved wear protection, and some thickening.
In our efforts to constantly improve, Shamrock has been working to develop PTFE micropowders for the grease and lubricant market. We have been determining thickening efficiency with the cone penetrometer using a 50/50 mixture in a PAO6 base oil and wear resistance according to ASTM D 2266 with the 4 Ball Tester in order to provide the industry with PTFE data that relates to grease properties.
