Semillas El Solc is a family business from Lleida, with headquarters in Almacelles, specializing in the production and marketing of fodder seeds. Semillas El Solc was born from the hand of Enric Martí , creator and soul of the entire project. From a peasant family, Enric has always been passionate about agriculture, with extensive knowledge of the environment. With a degree in Agricultural Engineering, in his early twenties, he discovered the productive potential of the lands of the Ebro Valley and, in 1976, created the seed company Semillas El Solc. Currently, at Semillas El Solc we select and multiply our own plant varieties and lead the sector with more than 6,000 hectares of our own national production.

Semillas El Solcaragón is the ecotype variety most well-adapted to the Ebre River Valley. Its hardiness and adaptability make it possible to attain good results.
