Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin PD10154I is a magnesium oxide thickenable, orrthophtalic neopentyl glycol, unsaturated polyester resin with UV photoinitiator. This product is specially developed for UV curing systems and the relining pipe repair industry. It has excellent mechanical properties, resistance to water ingress, and impact resistance.

CRYSTIC PD 10154I has been specially developed for UV curing systems and relining pipe repair industry.

Formulation Guidelines

This Resin contains a photo-initiator and can be cured under UV light or LED exposure. For UV curing applications, a UV lamp of 400W Energy is recommended and the optimum wave length absorption is 370 nm.

Storage & Handling

Storage
Crystic® PD 10154I should be stored in the dark, between 5°C and 25°C in the original, unopened container in a dry, well ventilated, place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with oxidizing agents. If stored outside of these recommendations, shelf life will be significantly reduced.
