Gemini™ OV-38

Gemini™ OV-38 (FDM-OV-38) is an off-white lustrous powder composed of mica, titanium dioxide, and silica. Gemini™ Iridescent Pigments create a distinctive dual-color appearance, yielding striking and dramatic effects. Based on TiO2 or iron oxide-coated mice with a thin layer of silicon dioxide and iron oxide, these pigments exhibit light interference from colored highlights. An additional and strong iridescent color is reflected from the finely controlled layer of silicone dioxide, resulting in an interplay of highlight colors that cannot be duplicated by any combination of blended interference pigments.
