Safrene® C 7260 High Density Polyethylene Resin is an injection molding grade with high flow characteristics, good mechanical strength and high stiffness combined with low distortion tendency. It is especially suited for crates and industrial containers.

Safrene® D 7255 High Density Polyethylene Resin is suitable for injection and compression molding applications. Having excellent mechanical strength and toughness, as well as good environmental stress crack resistance, it is especially suitable for durable, thick-walled containers.

Safrene® E 5560 High Density Polyethylene Resin is designed for compression molding applications. Having excellent mechanical strength, toughness, environmental stress-crack resistance and good processability, it is especially suitable for the production of carbonated soft drink closures.

Safrene® F 7650 High Density Polyethylene Resin is a bimodal medium molecular weight blow molding grade with good processing properties. It exhibits good impact strength and excellent environmental stresscrack resistance. Safrene® F 7650 High Density Polyethylene Resin is recommended for general purpose applications up to 20 liter in volume.

Safrene® F 7740F2 is a high density polyethylene resin which is a medium molecular weight grade ideally suited to the extrusion and subsequent knitting of tapes and monofilaments typically used in agricultural pockets and shade netting. Safrene® F 7740F2 High Density Polyethylene Resin is also used for film extrusion applications where excellent roll geometry is required. As a film it exhibits an excellent barrier to moisture. Safrene® F 7740F2 High Density Polyethylene Resin contains slip and antistatic additives.

Safrene® H 4765 High Density Polyethylene Resin is a bimodal medium molecular weight blow molding grade with good processing properties. It is recommended for small part blow molding applications up to 20 liters in volume where good impact, excellent stiffness and environmental stress-crack resistance are required.

Safrene® M 6650 High Density Polyethylene Resin is a bimodal high molecular weight grade specifically designed for extrusion blow molding of containers greater than 20 liters in volume. It has a high melt viscosity and is primarily recommended for use on modern generation equipment. Safrene® M 6650 High Density Polyethylene Resin exhibits outstanding impact strength, high rigidity and excellent environmental stress-crack resistance. It is particularly suitable for drum applications between 50 and 250 liter and satisfies the requirements of SABS 1176 for the transportation of dangerous goods.

Safrene® M 7650 High Density Polyethylene Resin is a bimodal high molecular weight grade suitable for extrusion blow molding of containers greater than 20 liters in volume. It has high rigidity and hardness with very good impact strength and excellent environmental stress-crack resistance properties. Safrene® M 7650 High Density Polyethylene Resin is primarily designed for the blow molding of large hollow articles but may be used for smaller moldings where exceptional environmental stress-crack resistance and impact strength are required.

Safrene® M 9255F High Density Polyethylene Resin is a high molecular weight grade which exhibits high stiffness and excellent impact resistance at low gages. It processes well on most modern generation extruders and can be drawn down as low as 5 micron.
