RichardsApex LW-X3 CPD is a water emulsifiable, liquid lubricant formulated for use in the manufacturing of chain link fence that may be plastic coated, zinc plated or remain as bare metal. LW-X3 is composed of polar and extreme pressure additives in a synthetic emulsification system.

RichardsApex V-4AF is made of ingredients that conform with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 178.3910, for drawing, stamping and forming metallic articles using surface lubricants. RichardsApex has specialized in custom formulating evaporating oils and solvent based lubricants for many years. This series has gained wide acceptance where minimal lubricity is required and a controlled residual film is desired.

RichardsApex V4AF

RichardsApex NAL-250HM is a medium viscosity high film strength oil. It is composed of extreme pressure additives and formulated with select friction modifiers. It is highly recommended for use as a lubricant on stamping, machining and drawing of both ferrous and nonferrous metals.

RichardsApex V-46BR is a low viscosity polar lubricant, that when allowed to dry will leave a non tacky residual film. RichardsApex has specialized in custom formulating evaporating oils and solvent based lubricants for many years. This series has gained wide acceptance where minimal lubricity is required and a controlled residual film is desired.

RichardsApex V-40 oils have gained wide acceptance where minimal lubricity is required and a controlled residual film is desired. Products are available for use on ferrous, nonferrous and alloy metals. RichardsApex has specialized in custom formulating evaporating oils and solvent base lubricants for many years.

RichardsApex GZ-702HS CPD is a synthetic coating lubricant formulated for the preservation and lubrication of wire for steel spring forming. The combination of synthetic lubricity agents, polymeric coating compounds, and corrosion inhibitors create a lubricant for sizing draws that will protect the wire for short and long term storage. Residual film will aid in payoff and forming in subsequent operations.

RichardsApex V-44 is a very low viscosity, clear, water white liquid. The base oil is fortified with friction modifiers and a extreme pressure agents. RichardsApex has specialized in custom formulating evaporating oils and solvent based lubricants for many years. This series has gained wide acceptance where minimal lubricity is required and a controlled residual film is desired.

RichardsApex LAT-XX2M CPD is a chlorine and sulfur free water emulsifiable oil formulated for armoring steel and aluminum as well as deep drawing and stamping those same metals.
