- Performance Highlights
- RHEOSOL AVC can be added to personal are formulations at any stage of manufacture. This is because, as supplied, its viscosity is low.
- This allows easy incorporation without the need for the elaborate mixing facilities which other conventional wax based products require.
- Furthermore RHEOSOL AVC does not require neutralization or heat and activates simply by agitation in a cold formulation.
- RHEOSOL AVC aids suspension and stabilization of other co-ingredients. Low usage levels are required in many applications due to its high thickening efficiency.

Technical Details & Test Data
- Versatility
- RHEOSOL AVC has been designed for use in the presence of anionic and non-ionic coingredients also in a selective range of cationic materials.
- RHEOSOL AVC allows cold mixing in aqueous systems, thereby increasing process speed and efficiency, and reducing energy costs in manufacture.
- RHEOSOL AVC allows cosmetic emulsion products to be produced simply, without the need to select specific emulsifiers through calculation of HLB.
Packaging & Availability
- Packaging Information
RHEOSOL AVC is available in 30kg, 60kg drums.
Storage & Handling
- Shelf Life
- 12 months
- Storage and Handling
Do not allow to freeze, ideal storage temperature 5-35°C.
RHEOSOL AVC is an emulsion polymer dispersion. Settlement of the polymer can occur with time. This is not detrimental to the product, it properties, or its thickening efficiency performance.
