RESOLCOAT

RESOLCOAT 7060 is an epoxy clear or pigmented Gelcoat. Which has improved UV resistance, room temperature cure &amp; high gloss and choice of slow and fast hardeners. RESOLCOAT 7060 epoxy gelcoat is specially formulated for the production of structural composites parts or tools requiring high mechanical &amp; abrasion properties and room temperature curing. Two versions are available depending on the pot life needed : 1h45min for large parts or 16min for high production outputs, with a very fast curing time in film for the fast version - closer to a polyester curing time than to a typical epoxy. In both cases, the gelcoat may be ordered in its clear version (mainly for parts) or colored version for tools or parts production.

RESOLCOAT 7060

RESOLCOAT GC HT210 BLACK is a very high TG epoxy gelcoat specially formulated for the production of tooling and large structural composites parts requiring high glass transition temperature and services temperatures up to 210°C. This new generation system is suitable for the manufacture of large molds structures and composite parts. Laminates or molds can be released after a low temperature cure cycle (8h at 50°C).

RESOLCOAT GC HT180 BLACK epoxy system is a very high TG epoxy gelcoat specially formulated for the production of tooling and large structural composites parts requiring high services temperatures and glass transition temperature up to 180°C. This new generation system is suitable for the manufacture of large molds structures and composite parts. Laminates or molds can be released after a low temperature cure cycle (8h at 50°C). Final thermo-mechanical properties will be obtained after a post curing cycle defined according later in this technical data sheet.

RESOLCOAT 7080 HC GRIS / 7086 HC epoxy gelcoat is specially formulated for the production of structural composites parts exposed to fuel and other oil derivatives such as offshore oil drilling equipment, fuel tanks. This new generation system, optimized with excellent self leveling characteristics and excellent air release, is suitable for the manufacture of large composite parts.

RESOLCOAT 7080 HC GRIS

RESOLCOAT 7090 CLEAR is a high TG gelcoat specially formulated for the production of tooling and structural composites parts requiring high service temperatures. This gelcoat may be applied from thicknesses from 300 to 600 microns depending if it is for parts or tool manufacturing where thickness of 600 microns is recommended.

RESOLCOAT 7060(S) COULEUR is an tintable epoxy gelcoat (RAL color chart). The RESOLCOAT 7060(S) COLOR / 7064 &amp; 7067 epoxy system is a tinted gelcoat formulated for the production of molds &amp; composite parts. It is available in WHITE &amp; BLACK Nevertheless, a post-cure will make it possible to obtain optimal thermomechanical properties. The 7060S COLOR version is an accelerated version which offers greater responsiveness and reduced working time. Two hardeners are available: a slow (7064) &amp; a fast (7067) depending on the desired reactivity. in standard. It is also possible to choose the desired RAL color by combining 7060 BASE with our PIG RAL xxxx epoxy pigment pastes. The gelcoat hardens at room temperature and can be unmolded without post-curing.

RESOLCOAT 7090 COLOURED is a high TG gelcoat specially formulated for the production of tooling and structural composites parts requiring high service temperatures. This gelcoat may be applied from thicknesses from 300 to 600 microns depending if it is for parts or tool manufacturing where thickness of 600 microns is recommended.
