RAPS OPTITEX EMULSION is a amaranth-Protein-Mix that makes the Frankfurter sausage flavor delicious.
Not only does it aid the taste of the Frankfurter sausages, but also aids the visual appearance and surface feel. This product aslo optimiseses the production when different raw materials are used.

RAPS TENDERA B is a tasteless compound, that will be injected into the meat as brine or being tumbled in (under vacuum). TENDERA B does not need to be dissolved, it can be used just by sprinkling on top. Effectiveness of product on meat gives way to tenderness of the beef and the assurance of application in powder form.

RAPS ROSEMARY SELECT is A purely natural spice which is finely ground using a very gentle procedure (RAPS-Cryogenic-Biofrost grinding). Declaration as Spice with no E-number and this product has a higher content of active substances than all other known varieties. It contains more than 9 % carnosic
acid and solely 0.8 % essential oil and also has present the well-known antioxidant properties of rosemary.

RAPS OPTITEX CUT is a hydrocolloid, protein and amaranth-fiber-mix for typical crunch of Frankfurter sausages. Using it will yield hot frankfurter sausages with meaty and firm texture, even after heating. The high-functional compound is especially used for economic production.

RAPS TENDERA CONVENIENCE offers more tenderness for precooked dishes. It is especially designed for precooked convenience products to make meat very tender. It assures savory freshly color. It brings added value as well, as it makes more out of convenience products which means more yield and more profit.

RAPS OPTITEX HOTDOG is a highly functional mixture of phosphate, fibers, proteins, starch and color enhancer with colorant. Application suggestion for this product yeilds an Improved texture of sausages (i.e. hot dogs and others) which are warmed. To use, the mixture will be added to the fine emulsion before tumbling.

RAPS AMARANTH–DIETARY FIBRE-COMBI gives positive effects on well-being. With the enriched Oligo-fructose, AMARANTH-DIETARY FIBRE-COMBI, adds valuable properties to sausages.

RAPS AMARANTH–DIETARY FIBRE-COMBI

RAPS TENDERA POULTRY guarantees tenderness and stabilizes color of meat. The powdery compound can be used by sprinkling on the surface or it can be dissolved in water as well, used as brine. The brine has to be injected. Subsequently the injected product has to be tumbled under vacuum for about 5 minutes (assures optimized allocation) Brine can also be used by tumbling ONLY (under vacuum 15 minutes).
