Our facility is state of the art utilizing twin screw compounding equipment specifically designed for the unique processing, pelletizing and drying needs of high temp resins. Most resin producers offer design assistance and data. The advantage to working with us is we are not limited to a specific polymer so we tell you the good and bad attributes of each resin. Our data is better benchmarked than our competitors.

Unlike other specialty compounders we have a lower overhead and higher commercialization rate that allows us to sell at a lower price. Also we do not try to sell custom grades to applications that don't need them.

ProPolymers PAA 5000 is a 50% reinforced aromatic nylon copolymer. It has very high stiffness and strength similar to PPA. It can be processed in water heated tools and provides excellent surface finish. It is commonly used in metal and die cast replacement applications.

ProPolymers PEI 2300 is a 30% glass filled polyetherimide that offers a superior combination of mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties. PEI is inherently flame resistant with low smoke emission. It provides outstanding processability and good chemical resistance.

ProPolymers PPS 70R is a fiberglass and mineral reinforced polyphenylene sulfide compound that offers a superior combination of mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties. PPS is inherently flame resistant with low smoke emission. It provides outstanding processability and chemical resistance.

ProPolymers PPA TI-35G is a 35% glass fiber reinforced hest stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) resin. It has very high stiffness, tensile strength, and heat deflections temperature combined with low water absorption and creep.
