Kyflon™ 3091 is a high durometer general purpose carbon filled perfluoroelastomer compound that has excellent high temperature capabilities (continuous up to 536º F). It has low compression set characteristics along with the broad chemical resistance found with perfluoroelastomer based compounds.

Kyflon™ 3040 is specifically formulated for low-temperature environments where superior chemical resistance is required.

Kyflon™ 3090 0 is a high strength, high modulus perfluoroelastomer compound that has excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals. This compound has good mechanical properties and is explosive decompression resistant. Kyflon 3090 has superior thermal stability.

Kyflon™ 3050 provides a highly desirable combination of very broad chemical resistance and excellent physical properties at continuous high temperatures up to 275ºC. Kyflon 3050 exhibits low contamination from extractables.

Kyflon™ 3085 5 is a general purpose carbon filled perfluoroelastomer compound that has the very broad chemical resistance found with perfluoroelastomer based compounds. Unlike some FFKM compounds, it works well in hot amines, steam and hot water.

Kyflon™ 3084 represents a true advancement in perfluoroelastomer chemistry. It offers a combination of very high heat resistance in all conditions including steam up to 300° C.

Kyflon™ 3070 is a general purpose perfluoroelastomer compound that has outstanding high temperature capabilities (up to 590º F).

Kalrez® 4079 perfluoroelastomer o-rings were introduced in the 1980’s. Kalrez o-rings are effective sealing elements in high-heat and aggressive chemical environments. Kalrez is “A” rated in more than 1800 chemicals and has a maximum continuous service temperature rating of 600°F/316°C.

Kyflon 3080 retains its stability throughout temperature cycling and provides long service life at continuous elevated operating temperatures. Kyflon 3080 has low compression set characteristics along with the broad chemical resistance found with perfluoroelastomer based compounds.

Kyflon™ 3098 combines excellent low temperature performance with broad chemical resistance and high hardness.
