The Saurequart C is used in the formulation of concentrated softeners of common household fabrics, due to its properties as an agent emulsifier, moisturizer, softener and antistatic.
- Usage Guidelines
It is recommended to formulate with 5 -7% of Saurequart C. Preparation Procedure:
- Charge water and heat at 30-35 ° C
- Add dye and mix for 10 min.
- Add Saurequart C to 60 ° C and mix until total dispersion, avoiding formation of the vortex (estimated time 40 min.)
- Add aroma and conservative, stir 10 min.
- Expected viscosity 300-400 cPs (Brookfield, 25 ° C, Needle # 2, LVF. 60 RPM.)
Note: The final viscosity of the softener may vary. considerably with the design of the equipment, the process temperature, water hardness and type of fragrance
