Moplen HF600N is the polypropylene homopolymer manufactured by PMC under the license of BASELL using the Spheripol process. Moplen HF600N is a homopolymer with improved productivity and lower energy consumption and selected by customers for use in injection molding of houseware articles, containers and general purpose. Moplen HF600N is an ADDIFORM homopolymer, ADDIFORM is the new controlled morphology polypropylene and is not palletized. Compared to ordinary palletized polypropylene, ADDIFORM gives considerable advantages in productivity, processing and energy consumption. Moplen HF600N resin meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Moplen RP348NK is a nucleated polypropylene random copolymer manufactured by PolyMirae using Spheripol process technology licensed from LyondellBasell. Moplen RP348NK is specially designed for good processability and excellent clarity in low processing temperature with balanced mechanical properties. Moplen RP348NK is a random copolymer particularly suitable for injection molding of transparency containers and boxes of small size, houseware, food container, bottles(IBM/ISBM), caps and lids. Moplen RP348NK meets the FDA requirement in the code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Moplen HP624J is the polypropylene homopolymer manufactured by PMC under the license of BASELL using the Spheripol process. Moplen HP624J is a homopolymer suitable for Printable BOPP film. Moplen HP624J is a BOPP core layer resin designed to combine the benefits of high speed grades with general purpose Moplen HP624J resin meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Moplen EP300H is a heterophasic copolymermanufactured by PMC under the license of LyondellBasell using Spheripol process. Moplen EP300H is suitable for injection molding as well as for thermoforming applications. The features ofMoplen EP300H are an excellent low temperature impact resistance combined with a good processability. Moplen EP300Hmeets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Adstif EA5074 is a medium flow block copolymermanufactured by PMC under the license of LyondellBasell using Spheripol process. Adstif EA5074 is a high crystallinitypolypropyleneblock copolymer used in automotive compound & E&E appliances. The product features are an easy processability, low TVOC, outstanding mechanical properties with an excellent stiffness combined with good impact properties and good gloss.

Metocene MF650X is a high melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer resin with very narrow molecular weight distribution. It is suitable for melt blown fibers as well as compounding extrusion applications. This material is available as a free-flowing, low dust granule resin. The very narrow molecular weight distribution and high degree of resin consistency promote finer fibers, enhanced fiber filament thread line continuity as well as reduced fly and lint in melt blown spinning processes. Its high melt flow rate allows reduced processing temperatures and energy savings. This is a low smoke, clean running resin with good thermal and processing stability.

Moplen EP300L is the polypropylene block copolymer manufactured by PMC under the license of Lyondellbasell using Spheripol process. Moplen EP300Lisa block copolymer used for use in injection molding applications of toys, crates and battery cases. Moplen EP300L meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact anda flame rating of UL94HB.

Moplen HP602N is a homopolymer selected by customers for use in injection molding of housewares articles, toys, packaging, and closures. Moplen HP602N resin meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Metocene HM2089 is a metallocene-catalyzed homopolymer for film applications. The use of metallocene catalysts in the production of these homopolymers results in resins with improved optical and processing characteristics, combined with exceptional purity. Metocene HM2089 doesn’t contain nucleating agent or film additivations such as slip agent. Film produced with Metocene HM2089 will show high stiffness and long dyne retention time.
