Carl Waters had already worked for over 10 years in the plastics industry before he and his wife Krisha saw the vast potential in setting up a custom built plastics recycling facility in Cambridgeshire. Since then Carl and his management team have grown the business, as well as its range of services, to provide compounds and regrinds for customers across the UK and Europe.
