Pioneer Chemicals is located in Greenville, SC. Our President, Jerry E. Campbell, founded the company in 1972 after working the previous decade in the textile chemicals division for Polymer Industries. He started simple, concentrating on one product line, pigment white for screen printing. Today, Pioneer Chemicals is one of the largest suppliers of pigment white dispersions in North America, not only for textiles but also the graphic arts industry. We also manufacture a full line of auxiliary and specialty chemicals, ranging from custom silicone fluids to ceramic tile cleaners.

Pioneer Chemicals Thick AC-50 is an acrylic acid-type thickener, which when neutralized with an appropriate alkali produces a flowable viscous solution. Thick AC-50 is used as an auxiliary thickener in alkaline aqueous printing/coating systems.
