Urocel

Titan® -B1 Primer is designed as a high performance sealer and coating for concrete. Supplied in a convenient one to one mix ratio. Titan-B1 is capable of penetrating and filling the pore structure of the concrete to provide an effective subsurface barrier to prevent moisture migration and chemical penetration.

Pilgrim Permocoat B2 Primer is a new technology waterborne epoxy primer for use over properly prepared masonary surfaces. B2 Primer is designed as a primer over dry and damp concrete surfaces prior to the application of epoxy and urethane topcoats. Can also be used alone as a protective concrete sealer. It is no longer necessary to endure the odor, toxicity exposure and fire hazards of typical solvent-borne 2 pack epoxy finishes to obtain the unique performance characteristics of such finishes. Through the use of B-2 Primer, the combination of high performance and low hazard application can now be achieved.

Pilgrim Permocoat EM CBC IV Gel is a versatile system with excellent physical properties that make its consideration a requisite in many situations involving new construction or repair of concrete. EM CBC IV has a 35 year record of excellent performance. Used neat, it is an outstanding adhesive... mix it with an aggregate and you have a trowelable , no-shrink mortar for patching &amp; topping, for splicing concrete pilings, for leveling heavy equipment and for anchoring bolts or re-enforcing steel. Use as a bonding adhesive between plastic concrete and hardened concrete.

Pilgrim Permocoat EM 5-2 is a versatile system with excellent physical and chemical properties. High strength, solvent free adhesives for structural bonding, grouting, dowel or rebar anchoring. Use neat as an adhesive or mix with an aggregate as a no-shrink mortar for patching and topping, for splicing concrete piling, for leveling heavy equipment and for anchoring bolts. Use as a bonding adhesive between plastic concrete and hardened concrete. Use on dry or damp substrates.

Pilgrim Permocoat EM 5-2 Gel is a 100% solid, two-component high strength gelled epoxy adhesive. Non-sag consistency for overhead patching, gap-filling, joining irregular shaped materials; and as a binder in epoxy mortars. Moisture insensitive: May be used on dry, damp or wet surfaces. Excellent adhesion to most construction materials including concrete, steel, epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester composites, steel, wood and plastics.

Urocel 100 is a two-component aliphatic 100% solid polyurea/polyaspartic coating. Can be applied in low temperatures or high humidity conditions without problems. Provides the capability to increase film build compared to the typical solventborne polyurethane topcoat.

Titan® -B1 Primer

Pilgrim Permocoat B3 Primer is a unique molecular structure two component water based epoxy primer. When applied to freshly poured concrete acts as a concrete curing compound, sealer primer all in one. Passes ASTM C 156-98 for Water Retention. Use as a Concrete Curing Compound. Eliminates the need for &amp; cost of shot blasting. Broad re-coat window - same day or wait 28 days and beyond. Only one coat required.

Urocel 65 is a high solids chemical resistant two-component saturated polyester aliphatic urethane coating having exceptional resistance to most chemicals and excellent anti-soil properties. Displays excellent gloss retention on extended exterior exposures.

Pilgrim Permocoat LO Primer is a two component high build epoxy primer containing rust inhibitor pigments, formulated for use on steel and for the protection of equipment and parts from impact, abrasion, detergents, salt water, steam and oils. May also be used as a general maintenance primer. Recommended for use as a primer on steel surfaces subject to fresh water immersion, salt water immersion, tidal and splash zone exposures, buried exposure, and for interiors of tanks and lines containing crude oil, salt brine, and petroleum products.
