Recommended Applications

Tallicin® P-10 is designed to promote effective pigment dispersion for both inorganic and organic pigments in powder coating formulations. Proper use of Tallicin® P-10 allows the formulator to produce a more consistent color. As a result, effective use of Tallicin® P-10 can eliminate the need for a second pass in production to adjust for color matching, even with high oil-absorbing pigments, such as phthalocyanine blue, in combination with titanium dioxide.

Depending on the level of use in the powder coating formulation, Tallicin® P-10 can produce greater color strength in tints, allowing for adjustment or reduction of pigments.

Tallicin® P-10 is designed to promote the dispersion of organic and inorganic pigments in master batches for plastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, ABS, acrylics and other high performance plastics. The product also provides improved color development and acceptance in master batches.

Recommended Use Levels

In pigmented powder coatings formulations, incorporate Tallicin® P-10 in the range of 0.5% to 3.0% based on total formula weight. Higher levels of use in some systems may be required
