designed to be easily removed from the core without tearing or distorting the honeycomb.

Park’s Easycure E-710™ is a modified epoxy system with a low cure temperature of 160-250°F (70-120°C). Easycure E-710™ provides very good mechanical properties with medium toughness and long out time at room temperature.

Aeroglide® is an epoxy-based composite surfacing film which can be oven or autoclave cured at either 250°F/120°C or 350°F/180°C to eliminate surface porosity for composite parts.

Electroglide® is an epoxy-based composite surfacing film with embedded metal mesh that is designed to protect aircraft composite parts from lightning strikes.

Park’s E-752 is a toughened, 365°F cure epoxy system designed for demanding structural applications up to 265°F/wet. E-752 offers a good balance of toughness, high service temperature and good moisture resistance, as well as excellent tack and drape. Formulated for both oven and autoclave cure, E-752 provides for easy processing with oven cure, without sacrificing mechanical properties.

Park’s E-766B is a low tack, self adhesive epoxy resin system designed for honeycomb applications. E-766B displays excellent peel properties.

Park’s E‐720 is a modified epoxy resin system designed toexposure to high temperature. E‐720 has a proven history inmany demanding aerospace applications.

Park’s E-722 is a modified 350°F cure epoxy system with excellent processing characteristics for vacuum bag, press, and autoclave molding.

Aeroglide® 1080 E-Glass

Park’s F-552 is a high purity silica filled phenolic resin coated on high strength grade silica fabric. F-552 is used in the manufacture of intermediate temperature ablative rocket nozzles, heat shields, and combustion chambers in highly oxidative environments.

Park’s F-502 is a MIL-R-9299 phenolic resin system suitable for impregnation on any MIL-C-9084 fabric with a compatible finish. F-502 is used in the 
manufacture of ablative reinforcements in rocket nozzles, as well as ducting and secondary structures.

Park’s E-767 is a versatile, low flow, adhesive grade epoxy resin. When impregnated onfiberglass fabric it provides high bond strength at elevated temperatures while maintaining high electrical integrity.

Park’s E-765 is a toughened 270°F cure epoxy prepreg system designed to replace 350°F cure systems in many aircraft structural applications. Park’s E-765-3K-PW, -6K-5HS and 7781 materials are AGATE approved. FAA-approved, B-Basis design allowable databases for AGATE materials are available upon request. Park has also developed AGATE approved material and process specifications which are also available upon request.
