Since November 2004, Pan Technology has been certified as meeting the standards of ISO 9001:2015 as part of our continuing commitment to quality.

At Pan Technology, we take pride in delivering everything we make on time and on specification. Over the past several years, we have invested in major equipment and laboratory upgrades to expand our production capacity and capabilities. Our product development laboratory is state-of-the-art, equipped with UV to near IR spectrophotometry capability and a full range of milling equipment. Our skilled laboratory staff works hand in hand with our clients to develop new products tailored to fit their specific needs. Once we develop a product, our production facility has the flexibility to manufacture batch sizes ranging from 15 gallons up to 2,000 gallons, with fast change over between products.

PanSPERSE

Solvent-free chip dispersions for use in solvent borne and radiation cured coatings and inks. PanTINT 12 Colorants are based on a unique modified thermoplastic acrylic resin with exceptionally broad compatibility. Pigments used in the PanTINT 12 Series have been selected to meet the durability and transparency requirements of most high performance applications.

PanTINT® 70 and 72 Series are concentrated pigment dispersions in a plasticizer base. Compatible with a wide range of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin formulations for thermoplastic applications. The Pigments chosen for the 70 and 72 Series exhibit color brilliance, strength, chemical and UV resistance and lightfastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The 70 Series are pigments dispersed in a monomeric pthalate plasticizer while the 72 Series are dispersed in pthalate compliant plasticizer.

Concentrated pigment dispersions based on a modiﬁed long oil alkyd for tinting and masstone applications in solvent based architectural paints and light industrial coatings. PanTINT 87 Colorants have exceptionally broad compatibility, low viscosity and excellent stability

High strength 100% solid colorants with broad compatibility in a wide variety of conventional, low and zero VOC water based coatings and inks. Pigments used in PanTINT 18 Series have been selected to meet the durability and transparency requirements of most high performance applications.

The PanTINT® 81 Series are volumetric / gravimetric factory colorants for solvent-based industrial maintenance, general industrial finishes and wood coatings. The PanTint® 81 Series are prime examples of optimized dispersions, rendering the maximum color value of each color pigment. As with the other PanTint® Series of products, you can expect broad compatibility with a wide range of resin systems. The pigment selections are selected based on performance requirements often seen in industrial applications; colorfastness, weather and chemical resistance.

High strength colorants with broad compatibility in a wide variety of conventional and low VOC water based systems. PanTINT ® 90 Colorants are based on a proprietary combination of surface active agents for exceptionally broad compatibility and stable viscosity for easy use. They will not dry out in part full containers and have little or no effect on gloss, cure time, resistance to water spotting or exterior durability. They are freeze-thaw stable and will not support the growth of microorganisms
