FR standards: FMVSS302 - Complies, from 8mm thick. Galfoam is a closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam sheet, produced in an extrusion process. Tolerances other than the above may be negotiated. Dimensional stability 24 hr at 100C < 5% If holes were created during the foaming process, no more than 5 holes of diameter 2mm per 1m2 sheet are acceptable. This information on Galfoam chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam is presented to the best of our knowledge.
