Deuteron® Wax TF 105 belongs to the family of waxes, including polyethylene, polyolefins, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and offers various features. These include good printability, improved adhesion, scratch resistance, and good slip properties. Available in powdered form, it serves applications requiring these specific properties for optimal performance.

Deuteron® Wax PE is a micronized polyethylene wax recognized for its well-balanced performance characteristics. PE waxes stand out as cost-effective materials known for positively impacting mechanical stability and visual appearance. Utilizing Deuteron® Wax PE enhances abrasion and scratch resistance, offering a pleasing matte effect and a pleasant surface feel.

Deuteron® LE 15P comprises a quaternary ammonium salt absorbed onto a SiO2 carrier. As a cationic surfactant, it functions as an antistatic agent across multiple applications. Its primary mode of operation revolves around surface migration and orientation. The product is presented as a white powder.

GALLUS Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

GALLUS Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

LOREN GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers) is a color reference specially formulated for elastomeric polyurethanes. These colors can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. The side-panel showing this color reference simulates tone and intensity of color at an LDR of 1%. Color tones may undergo variations depending on the elastomeric system used.

LOREN GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers)

Laripur® 8025 is a polyester-based TPU, offers two specialized versions to meet distinct application needs. The standard variant is tailored for injection molding, making it perfect for crafting sport soles, wheels, screen elements, masks, and various technical items. Meanwhile, the EG version is optimized for extrusion, making it an excellent choice for producing hoses, profiles, transmission belts, and films. Laripur® 8025 excels in both molding and extrusion applications, ensuring exceptional performance.

Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate is identified by its chemical name Lithium Hydroxide, Monohydrate, and distinguished by the CAS Number 1310-66-3. This compound caters specifically to industrial markets. exemplifies its significance as an essential component in diverse industrial processes, showcasing its efficacy and reliability in meeting the stringent requirements of the industrial sector.

ProFlex MS80 is a condensation product of formaldehyde and toluene sulfonamides, dissolved in n-butyl acetate. This product plays a crucial role in enhancing the various properties of coatings made from different resins. Some of the improved characteristics include gloss, flexibility, adhesion, water vapor permeability, and solvent resistance. Noteworthy features of ProFlex MS80 include its exceptionally light color, good light stability, and low viscosity in solution. These properties collectively contribute to its effectiveness in optimizing the performance of coatings across a range of applications.

Rowanyl® 101918 is a versatile lacquer formulated for both transfer coating and direct coating processes. It is particularly recommended for applications such as wrinkle-finishing on PVC synthetic leather and glossy finishes when applied to release paper through transfer coating. The solvents used in this ready-to-use top coat, classified as a solventborne coating, include MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone), DMF (Dimethylformamide), and TOL (Toluene). With a wide application range covering bags, furniture, and shoes, it is compatible with various substrates such as paper, foam, PVC-based membranes, and artificial leather. Noteworthy features of Rowanyl® 101918 include flexibility, high gloss, mar resistance, abrasion resistance, softness, and chemical resistance. The recommended application method for this product is air knife coating.

Agrosurf NEC38 is an emulsifier belonging to the chemical family of alcohol ethoxylates. This liquid-form emulsifier is designed with the primary function of facilitating the emulsification process, aiding in the blending of substances that would typically not dissolve in one another. Its emulsifying properties make it suitable for various applications where uniform dispersion or blending is required, particularly in agricultural formulations or related industries.

Agrosurf ME100 Microemulsions as opposed to macroemulsions give emulsions of very small particle size and very good stability. Typically when a microemulsion is achieved the end product is a clear solution which sometimes has a slight bloom. One main advantage of microemulsions is that they are easily dilutable to the required concentration.

Designed specifically for applications in agricultural pest control, it aids in formulating effective pesticide solutions by enabling the uniform dispersion of active ingredients in water or oil-based formulations.

Agrosurf NEC32 is a specialized nonionic emulsifier designed specifically for formulating emulsifiable concentrates. When used in conjunction with the anionic compounds available in the Agrosurf AEC range, the blend of anionic and nonionic emulsifiers can generate synergistic effects, ensuring enhanced emulsion quality and stability.

Agrosurf NEC12 is a speciality nonionic developed as an emulsifier for use in emulsifiable concentrate formulations. It can be used in conjunction with the anionics found in the Agrosurf AEC range. A combination of both anionic and nonionic emulsifiers can provide good synergistic effects in terms of emulsion quality and stability

Agrosurf COS4 is a speciality co-solvent for application in the formulation of pesticides. This product is used in a wide variety of agrochemical formulations where it can enhance the toxicant solubility and also improve emulsification by acting as both solvent and penetrant.
