ExTima™ GP is a graphene/polymer masterbatch family of compounds based on proprietary ExTima™ technology of Ovation Polymers. Our proprietary ExTima™ dispersion technology maximizes the effect of nano-materials; in this case graphite nano-platelets in polymer. This family of masterbatches easily blends and disperses using injection molding and extrusion processes while retaining the physical, structural, and thermal properties of the base polymer. Grades also available based on graphene platelet size. Customized grades available upon request to fit required material property needs.

Ovation Polymers™ Nemcon™ H melt processable thermally conductive polymers is based on our patented technology platform. These products are ideal for replacing aluminum as low weight heat sinks in LED bulbs and modules. We offer wide range of grades for molding and extrusion processing with performance characteristics such as flame retardancy (UL 94 V0), surface finish, high die-electric strength (above 5KV of breakdown voltage), ease of processing, mechanical properties, and customized platable, paintable grades.

Ovation Polymer's OpteSTAT H carbon nanotubes based polymer compounds and composites are based on our patented technology platform designed for exceeding the challenging performance requirements for applications in disk drive and semiconductor industries. OpteSTAT compounds and sheets are extremely clean (exhibit low outgassing, ionics, NVR, and LPC ), electrically conductive/dissipative and are ideal for injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming. A wide variety of grades are available, based on polymers namely, polycarbonates, polyesters, polyolefins, polyetheretherketone, and sulfones. The OpteSTAT composites and sheets exhibits consistent permanent, humidity independent and stable ESD properties in combination with enhanced mechanical, thermal, and physical performance during processing and repeated use with washing.
