Triumph 2G is a herbicide for spot application onto brushweeds and broadleaf weeds in areas where spraying is impractical or undesirable. Note: Triumph 2G is damaging to clovers. The area to be treated should be kept to a minimum. Do not use on
peat or heavy clay soils.

Exclude non-essential people from the area. Wear protective clothing. Moisten to prevent dusting and sweep up. Place in a waste container. Dispose of safely to a suitable landfill.
- Directions For Use Rates of Application And Timing
Weed Rate Critical comments Docks, nodding thistle, ragwort 2 g per plant Apply half a level teaspoon to the crushed center of each plant Broom, fennel, goats rue, hemlock, inkweed, lupin, Mexican devil weed, St Johns wort, wooly nightshade 30 g per sq meter Best results are achieved on light sandy soils or stony soils, with application being made in late winter to late spring Barberry (small bushes), blackberry, boxthorn (seedling), gorse, heath, Himalayan honeysuckle, horehound, matagouri, sweet brier, tutsan, tutu 55 g per sq meter Best results are obtained under favorable growth conditions. Sufficient soil moisture must be present at the time of application to move the active ingredient into the soil. Application under dry conditions will give poor results.
- Application Methods
Triumph 2G should be applied over the top of the plant, and in the case of brushweeds, extending out to 30cm beyond the dripline. On steep slopes, more granules should be applied on the uphill side as some downward leaching will occur.
- Withholding Periods
It is an offense for users of this product to cause residues exceeding the relevant MRL in the Food Notice: Maximum Residue Levels for Agricultural Compounds. Poisonous plants may become more palatable after treatment, and livestock should be kept out until plants have died down. Otherwise, no withholding period is required.
- Resistance Management
GROUP O3 HERBICIDE .
Triumph 2G contains the active ingredient picloram, which belongs to the pyridine carboxylic acid chemical family. Some naturally occurring weeds may become resistant when excessive use of the same herbicide occurs. To prevent or delay the development of resistance, use in tank mixes and/or rotate use with herbicides with a different mode of action. STORAGE: Keep out of reach of children. Store in the original, tightly closed container, in a secure place. Storage of certain quantities of this product trigger specific storage requirements (Refer to Safety Note). When stored appropriately this product should show no significant degradation for two years from the date of manufacture. Contact your supplier for further information about the use of product that is older than this. PERSONAL PROTECTION: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid inhalation of dust. When applying, wear overalls, boots, gloves and eye protection. Clean protective clothing daily after work. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using. Remove protective clothing and wash hands and face thoroughly before meals and after work. DISPOSAL: Dispose of this product only by using in accordance with this label, or at a suitable landfill. Dispose of container to a suitable landfill. Do not burn. Do not use container for any other purpose. ENVIRONMENTAL: Use this product carefully. Do not contaminate aquatic environments with product or empty container.
