The proprietary technology comprises of novel particle-free inks and a plasma-based curing process. This combination offers multiple advantages for the production of printed metal electrodes (including OLEDs), catalytic surfaces and metal coatings including cost benefits, material and energy economy, and waste management.

OrelTech’s unique process allows printing and aerosol spraying of highly conductive platinum thin films, high surface area structures or non-connected nanoparticle islands. Printed layers undergo short development (curing) using plasma treatment resulting in a thin fine pure platinum structure. OrelTech inks in liquid form do not contain nanoparticles and are significantly environmentally friendlier than the alternatives on the market. Lack of nanoparticles also allows them to be much more cost-effective than other conductive inks.

OTech

Sample kit includes 4 samples of printed silver layers (electrodes) on different surfaces that showcase the variety of our inks. The samples included are:

1. Transparent layer on PET

2. Non-transparent reflective layer on PET

3. Non-transparent layer on fabric

4. Non-transparent layer on paper

The sample sizes are around 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm or similar.

OTech Sample Kit : Metallization Inks

OTech Jet is a silver particle-free conductive ink optimized for inkjet printing. It enables the printing of highly conductive, smooth, and uniform layers and patterns. OrelTech’s unique process allows the deposition of highly conductive thin metallic films. The thin layers undergo short development using cold plasma treatment resulting in a fine metal structure. OrelTech’s technology enables the deposition of the ink with many different methods and on various substrates, from plastics to fabrics. OTech inks do not contain nanoparticles, and as such enable the material economy of precious metals while being significantly more environmentally friendly than the existing alternatives on the market.

OTech Jet

OTech Platinum TF721 is the world’s first platinum particle-free conductive ink that allows metallization into a full-coverage smooth platinum layer. This form of platinum can find an application as a coating for medical components or even decorative (plated) purposes. OrelTech’s unique process allows the deposition of highly conductive thin metallic films. The thin layers undergo short development using cold plasma treatment resulting in a fine metal structure. OrelTech’s technology enables the deposition of the ink with many different methods and on various substrates, from plastics to fabrics. OTech Platinum TF721

OTech Platinum OP711 is the world’s first platinum particle-free conductive ink that metallizes into nanosized platinum catalytic centers. This form of platinum is typically used in fuel cells, medical components, or DSSC solar cells. OrelTech’s unique process allows the deposition of highly conductive thin metallic films. The thin layers undergo short development using cold plasma treatment resulting in a fine metal structure. OTech Aurum is the world's first gold particle-free conductive ink. OTech Fabric silver particle-free conductive ink is optimized for printing on various textiles. The ink stays on the surface and does not penetrate the textile.
