Witbreak DRM-9510

• Witbreak® DRM-9510 is one part of Nouryon's line of high performance emulsion-breaker chemicals. Witbreak® DRM- 9510 has been specially developed to provide fast resolution of stable emulsions in which water is the internal phase and oil is the external phase.
• Witbreak® DRM-9510 displays exceptional water dropping, desalting and oil brightening characteristics. Its unique chemistry enables this concentrate to be used as is or formulated with other bases to achieve very specific applications for a wide variety of crudes, including low gravity emulsions.
• Witbreak® DRM-9510 may be used in typical continuous treatment systems as well as downhole and in batch applications, optimizing the oil treatment process.

Witbreak® DRM-9510 is a polymerized polyol. Witbreak® DRM-9510 works by effectively neutralizing the strength of the natural emulsifying agent, allowing the finely dispersed water droplets to coalesce. As the tiny water droplets merge into progressively larger and heavier drops, the water settles and the oil rapidly rises to the top. The result is a sharp, welldefined oil/water interface and bright, clean and marketable oil.
