The impurities are part of the active substance as manufactured. All toxicological and ecotoxicological tests used to determine the classification and labeling of the active substance were done including the impurities.
This is why they are not listed separately in chapter 3 of the SDS to avoid confusion.

Regional Availability

Storage Conditions

To maintain color and quality, Triameen Y12D PO should be stored at a temperature of 10-30°C under nitrogen. If stored <10°C the product might become turbid. If so, it needs to be gently heated to 20°C and homogenized before use. Higher temperatures can be tolerated where color maintenance is not of concern.
Prolonged heated storage in air can cause discoloration and degradation. Heated storage vessels should be sealed (with a vent pipe) and preferably be nitrogen blanketed.
Amines can absorb carbon dioxide and water from the atmosphere even at ambient temperatures. Absorbed carbon dioxide and moisture can be removed by heating the product in a controlled way.
