- Industrial Additives Features
- Features
- Cold in-place (CIR) applications: Provides faster cohesion development in CIR applications compared to traditional CSS emulsifiers for cold mix. Provides workability and compaction window in mixes with or without cement.
- Versatile emulsifier: Provides both anionic and cationic emulsions suitable for a wide range of applications
- Good quality emulsions: Redicote E-7100 results in CSS emulsions with small particle size, good viscosity and low settlement. Pass cement mix test, provide good storage and transportation stability.
- Easy handling: Redicote E-7100 does not contain flammable solvents, has low viscosity, is completely water soluble and dissolves easily in the soap phase
- Tack, prime and dust suppression: The good wetting power and dilutability of Redicote E-7100 emulsions makes them particularly suitable for these applications
- Slurry seal: Redicote E-7100 allow adequate mix time and good cohesion development in slurry systems with reactive aggregates and without the need for additives
- Free of Nonyl phenol ethoxylates (NPEs): Redicote E-7100 does not contain NPEs.
- Excellent emulsion quality at lower dosage and can be used without addition of acid in the soap
- Non-flammable version of Redicote E-11 E for safer handling
- Cationic super stable proven emulsifier that has wider applicability.
- Super stable emulsifier providing extended workability FDR, plant produced cold mixes and base stabilization
- Faster setting for Cold in-place recycling (CIR) with or without cement. Can be used for many applications.
- Water based non-flammable quaternary ammonium emulsifier that can be used as a break retarder.
- Excellent emulsion quality at lower dosage and can be used without addition of acid in the soap
- Non-flammable version of Redicote E-11 for safer handling.
- Cationic super stable proven emulsifier that has wider applicability
