Norevo Quick Chew is a gelatin-free texturizer for chewy candies and toffees. It is based on vegetable raw ingredients and can be used to produce sugary as well as sugar-free chewy confectionery. Quick Chew helps create customized, gelatin-free textures and is therefore suitable for the production of vegetarian and vegan chewy candies.

Norevo Quick Gloss plus is a universally applicable liquid glazing and sealing agent for panned goods and cereals on chocolate or fat compound basis. Quick Gloss plus creates a perfect and solid gloss, even under difficult production conditions. Thanks to its 2-in-1 formula for polishing and sealing, it can also do without the application of a separate sealing agent.

Norevo Monoflora Honey is a liquefied, homogenized, and purified honey primarily made from the nectar of a single type of plant, e.g. acacia, chestnut, orange, Manuka or forest honey.

Norevo Quick Sour is an acidifying agent for sugar-coated products. Quick Sour allows to add a strong citric acid layer without compromising a product’s stability. Quick Sour is a powdery acidifying agent which, depending on the quantity used, produces a customized sour flavor. Its specific composition and application technology prevents acid migration, staining, and stickiness.

Norevo Quick Sol is an ideal glazing agent for chocolate-coated goods with uneven surfaces, such as chocolate-coated cereal flakes, panned goods (dragées), raisins, or other dried fruit. It provides a homogeneous and stable surface brilliance while protecting the crisp structure of the cereal flakes and panned goods.

Norevo Beeswax Blocks is a made from natural wax produced by honey bees (Apis mellifera) to build honeycombs. Pure beeswax is initially white in color and can turn yellow to red-brown through the incorporation of pollen and other substances. We offer our blocks in standard quality that is primarily used in technical applications and the candle industry. In addition, we can source different raw ingredients from all over the world according to customer requirements.

Norevo Licorice Extract Low-Dust Powder is made from Licorice extract obtained from the licorice root and has already come a long way before it is refined and processed by Norevo according to our individual customers’ requirements. All the while, the best of it remains well protected: Its main active substance glycyrrhizin, a strongly sweetening glycoside that is contained in the roots. Thanks to its flavoring, sweetening, and/or debittering properties, licorice extract is used in confectionery, beverages, food, and pharmaceutical products.

This releasing agent for extruded mogul products prevents the products from sticking together during the manufacturing process and in packaging.
