Geomet® is a water-based zinc flake basecoats that defend against corrosion. This is completely chrome-free and capable of protecting a wide variety of metallic surfaces, these thin dry-film basecoats are well suited to coat any metal part with simple or complex geometry, both large and small.

Plus® is environmentally friendly lubricated sealers to protect against corrosion. These lubricated sealers improve friction performance under difficult tightening conditions and enable control of the coefficient of friction on threaded parts.

Plus® topcoats are lubricated sealers specially engineered for application over Geomet® basecoats. These topcoats provide controlled friction coefficient of threaded parts and increase the resistance to corrosion. The controlled sacrificial corrosion protection mechanism of Geomet® basecoats is further improved with the addition of Plus® topcoats.

Plus®

Geomet® 321 is the most widely used product in zinc flake technology. This chrome-free, high-performance, functional zinc flake coating is designed to protect fasteners, stampings, and a variety of metallic hardware from corrosion. When combined with our specialized Plus® topcoats, Geomet® 321 provides a broad range of friction coefficients.

Plus® XL topcoats are lubricated sealers specially engineered for application over Geomet® basecoats. These topcoats provide controlled friction coefficient of threaded parts and increase the resistance to corrosion. The controlled sacrificial corrosion protection mechanism of Geomet® basecoats is further improved with the addition of Plus® topcoats.

Plus® VL topcoats are lubricated sealers specially engineered for application over Geomet® basecoats. These topcoats provide controlled friction coefficient of threaded parts and increase the resistance to corrosion. The controlled sacrificial corrosion protection mechanism of Geomet® basecoats is further improved with the addition of Plus® topcoats.

Plus® L topcoats are lubricated sealers specially engineered for application over Geomet® basecoats. These topcoats provide controlled friction coefficient of threaded parts and increase the resistance to corrosion. The controlled sacrificial corrosion protection mechanism of Geomet® basecoats is further improved with the addition of Plus® topcoats.

Plus® L

Plus® ML topcoats are lubricated sealers specially engineered for application over Geomet® basecoats. These topcoats provide controlled friction coefficient of threaded parts and increase the resistance to corrosion. The controlled sacrificial corrosion protection mechanism of Geomet® basecoats is further improved with the addition of Plus® topcoats.

Plus® ML

Geomet® 430 is a black appearance basecoat applied to protect fasteners and various types of metallic parts from corrosion. Geomet 430 is always combined with nof metal coatings group black topcoats (plus or P-series) to provide a very broad range of friction coefficients. This new black-on-black system with geomet 430 will enhance cosmetic appearance even after mechanical damage and automatic sorting.

Geomet® 430

Geomet® 720 is a completely chrome-free, water-based coating passivated with zinc and aluminum flakes in a binder. This high-performance, low-film, functional zinc flake coating is designed to protect fasteners, stampings, and a variety of metallic hardware. Geomet® 720 is the preferred zinc flake coating widely used by Asian OEMs.

Geomet® 720

Geomet® 360 has been specifically formulated to protect brake disks against corrosion. Applied from a chrome-free, water-based dispersion system of zinc and aluminum flakes, the surface of the brake disk can be treated with a thin layer of coating and still provide a high-performance level without any influence on normal braking characteristics.
