Niknam Chemicals Zinc Hydroxystannate has excellent flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of ZHS. Further, this can be used in Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) &amp; Halogen-Free Flame Retardant (HFFR).

Niknam Chemicals Antimony Trioxide is produced from stibnite ores (antimony trisulfide) or as a by-product of lead smelting and production. Antimony Trioxide is used mainly in fire retardant formulations for plastics, rubbers, textiles, paper and paints. Further, Antimony Trioxide can be used as an additive in glass and ceramic products and as a catalyst in the chemical industry. Occupational exposure may occur during mining, processing and smelting of antimony ores, in glass and ceramics production, and during the manufacture and use of products containing antimony trioxide. Antimony trioxide and pentoxide do not react as flame-retardants directly. Antimony Trioxide are used as synergists to enhance the activity of halogenated flame-retardants by stepwise releasing the halogenated radicals to retard gas phase chain reaction of flame spread.

Niknam Chemicals Molybdenum Trioxide is used in manufacturing molybdenum metal, alloy, catalysts and pigments. Molybdenum Trioxide is also used as Halogen synergist fire retardants and smoke suppressants for wide range polymers applications.

Niknam Chemicals Aluminum Trihydrate is available in different uncoated and coated grades, with average particle size varying from 2 microns to 80 microns as per application. Aluminum Trihydrate is a common primary ingredient present in most solid surface material and accounts for as much as 70% of the total product. We formulate and export a wide range of Aluminum Trihydrate.

Niknam Chemicals Magnesium Hydroxide is a white powder with specific gravity of 2.36. , very slightly soluble in water; decomposing at 350°C. Magnesium Hydroxide is an inert filler, flame retardant and smoke suppressant for plastics,synthetic rubber, reinforced polyesters, phenolics and urethane foam.Magnesium hydroxide releases its 31% water when heated to above 325°C, Which cools the product below flash point to reduce fire occurrence. Medicinally it, in the form of a mixture (milk of magnesia), is also used as an antacid and as a osmotic laxative.

Niknam Chemicals Aluminum Hydroxide is a non-abrasive powder with a Mohs' hardness index of 2.5 - 3.5 and a specific gravity of 2.42. Aluminum Hydroxide is considered as one of the largest volume flame retardant as it can be heated to 200°C and hydrated alumina can be decomposed into 66% alumina and 34% water. Aluminum hydroxide is also used as an adsorbent, emulsifier, ion exchanger, mordant, antacid, and filtering medium. Further, Aluminum Hydroxide can also be used in manufacturing of paper, ceramics, printing inks, detergents, for waterproofing fabrics and in dentrifrices and antiperspirants.

Niknam Chemicals Flamex is a one pack smoke supperesant. We manufacture and export a wide range of Flamex/ FLame Guard. Flamex is an aluminum, zinc &amp; magnesium inorganic complex synergist, which has superior flame retardance as compared to traditional synergists, and dramatically reduces smoke in PVC FRLS Compound. Flamex is also a very effective flame retardant in rigid PVC (UPVC) system without the need for Antimony Trioxide. Commonly known as Flamex.
