"The factory was founded in 1997 along the Nigde-Kayseri highway at the 11th km mark, is established on an area of 114,500 m2, and is the first and leading calcite factory in Nigde. NidaS A.S. has become one of the leading companies in Turkey and in the world in its field with its widening range of products since its establishment.

Nidas A.S. has become a success story with its production capacity that began with 60,000 tons a year and that has now reached 360,000 tons a year. Our production facilities went from two to 10 as a result of the partnership of NidaS A.S. with Alpine-Hosakowa, the leader in its field.

As of now, approximately 60% of the products are exported to over thirty countries abroad. Aside from being located in the most strategic region of Turkey from a logistic standpoint, our factory can respond to both national and international demands in a quick and dependable way due to its proximity to Mersin and Iskenderun ports. 

Nidas A.S. currently holds an ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate and applies it to the production phase, too. It has increased Research-Development investments and activities in order to follow developments and innovations in the sector. 

Nidas A.S. is also active in various sectors with current partnerships, such as the “food-glassware-hardware-cleaning” sector as Konya Grup and Doğru İS, in the “oil and oil by-products” sector as the Atabek Ltd. Sti., in the “crude calcite” sector as Orta Anadolu Madencilik, and the “detergent-diaper-sanitary pad” sector as Beyaz Kağıt."
