Test 1: Deodorant performance of aldehyde
Test method:Place 5 x 10cm specimen in 5 L Tedlar-bag, and set time to be 0 min. Charge with 1200ppm of acetaldehyde/nitrogen mixed gas (3L), and measure the concentration of acetaldehyde in bag after 120 min (65°C).
Specimen: Polyurethane foam
Process condition:Spray agent x g/m2 (dry) - Dry (RT×1day)
High Efficacy
Test 2: Quick & Effective deodorant performance for aldehyde
Test method: Place 10×10cm specimen in 5L Tedlar- bag, and set time to be 0 min. Charge with 2500ppm of acetaldehyde/nitrogen mixed gas (3L), and measure the concentration of acetaldehyde in bag after 5, 10, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 min (65c).
Specimen: Polyester non-woven fabric (35g/m2)
Process condition: Agent 2g/m2 (dry) Pad – Dry (100°C × 3 min)
