SOFTMILK 5 ARGAN is vegetable milk obtained from Olive Oil, emulsified and stabilized with phospholipids.

SOFTMILK 5 ARGAN combines hydration and nutritional Sweet Almond Oil properties with extraordinary sensorial contributed by phospholipids.

Phospholipids are natural components of the cellular membranes with the ability to form a biomimetic to skin structure bilayer. Therefore, it forms a film on skin surface that improves its barrier function, leaving it hydrated and soft.

Moroccans traditionally use un-roasted Argan oil to treat skin diseases, and as cosmetic oil for skin and hair. In cosmetics, Argan oil is advocated as moisturizing oil, against acne vulgaris and flaking of the skin, as well as for 'nourishing' the hair. This oil has also medicinal uses against rheumatism and the healing of burns.

Externally, Argan oil is used for hair as brilliantine, to fortify and in the treatment of wrinkled or scaly dry skin. One of the main reasons that Argan oil is so healing, is that it is rich with vitamin A and vitamin E. However, it is also packed with antioxidants, Omega-6 fatty acids, and linoleic acid. Research shows that when applied to skin, it eases inflammation while moisturizing the skin. When applied externally, tocopherol from the vitamin E, helps to boost cell production while promoting healthy skin and hair. Avoid temperatures above 80ºC or heating above 45ºC for long periods of times. It is stable at a wide pH range: 4.0-8.0 and has no known incompatibilities.
