The compound NEXA® PFX 8014 is an excellent chemical resistant Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). It has been designed for very demanding sealing applications in aggressive chemical environments. PFX 8014 can withstand very aggressive conditions, such as almost all chemical species, hot organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels and water steam up to 200°C.

The compound NEXA® PFX 8010 is an excellent chemical resistant Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). It has been designed for very demanding sealing applications in aggressive chemical environments. PFX 8010 can withstand very aggressive conditions, such as almost all chemical species, hot organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels and water steam up to 210°C.

NEXA® PFX 8058 is used for High temperature applications. It has excellent Thermal Stability and Chemical Resistance.

The compound NEXA® PFX 9010 is a new and innovative chemical resistance Perfluoroelastomer filled with a special semi-crystalline perfluoropolymer filler. Due to its innovative and unique technology, allows the manufacturing of translucent items with excellent final properties. The compound PFX 9010 contains a proprietary cure system that improves high temperature performance.

The compound NEXA® PFX 8050 is a low compression set compound for high temperature resistance. It has excellent chemical resistance, good mechanical properties and outstanding thermal stability. It has been designed for very demanding sealing applications in aggressive chemical environments. PFX 8050 can withstand very aggressive conditions, such as almost all chemical species, hot organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels. NEXA® PFX 8050

The compound NEXA® FPV 3390 is suggested for use in sealing applications where there is a need for exceptional resistance to organic and/or hot aqueous fluids. The compound FPV3390, the latest FDA compliant types of specialty fluoro-elastomers, designed to outperform silicone, EPDM and bisphenol-cured FKM in critical pharmaceutical, food and beverage process sealing.

Whenever FDA standard compliance is required, NEXA has the right solution with its top performance products NEXA® PFX 8030(white), PFX 8025 (black) and PFX 8048 (white), specially developed for SIP (Steam in Place) cleaning and WFI (Water for Injection) systems. They grant superior chemical resistance and low contamination from extractables in pharmaceutical and food handling applications.
