NANOMYTE® is a transparent coating designed to provide easy-to-clean surfaces, it is a self-healing coating that heals at room temperature, it is an is an anti-fog coating for permanent application. NANOMYTE® can be used to promote adhesion to plastics such as polycarbonate, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), ABS, PC/ABS, PVC and painted surfaces.


NANOMYTE

NANOMYTE® SR-100RT is a transparent coating designed to provide abrasion and mar resistance to plastic surfaces. The hard, dense, and smooth coating is a nanostructured composite consisting of organic and inorganic phases. The coating resists scratching and chipping. SR-100RT is a single component product that is easily applied by dip, spray, or brush techniques. The coating can be cured at room temperature.

NANOMYTE® MEND 1000 is a thermally-induced, self-healing coating. The 2-part coating involves a unique phase-separated morphology that facilitates the delivery of the self-healing agent to the damage site (such as a scratch or crack) thereby restoring the coating appearance &amp; function. The coating’s self-healing function is activated upon the application of a small amount of heat (60 – 80 °C) for several seconds with a simple device, such as a household hair dryer, or even hot water.

NANOMYTE® MEND 2000 is a solventborne, self-healing coating that heals at room temperature. When the coated surface is scratched or cracked, self-healing is initiated at room temperature or can be accelerated at higher temperatures (&gt; 40°C).
