Founded in 2000, “N. LEKOS SA” offers a wide range of blended food ingredients for the dairy, meat and bakery industries.

We specialize in producing our own innovative, functional and cost effective blends. We also distribute food ingredients coming from major European companies.

We are situated in Inofyta industrial zone, 55 km north of Athens, Greece. Our modern, fully equipped, production and storage facilities (BRC certified), together with our highly qualified and skilled personnel, guarantee the outstanding quality of our products and services delivery.

We work closely with the food industry, offering efficient solutions for our customers’ regular needs, while providing them with hands-on advice and support for the development of new products.

Having already captured a significant market share in Greece, we have expanded our activities in Southeastern European countries. The acceptance of our products in these new markets gave us confidence to pursue our efforts in new geographic areas, including the Mediterranean region and the Middle East.

RILEPROT FC is a milk protein which is used for the production of white or yellow cheese, by draining, adding only water and milk or vegetable fat. No need of fresh milk.

RILEPROT 7A blend containing milk protein, gelatin, modified starch for the production of yogurt with 2% fat. No need of fresh milk.

RILAC 26 (POWDER) is a whole milk powder replacer, containing 26% vegetable fat, with a pleasant butter taste. It is more economical using it in bakery and confectionary than the whole milk powder.

RILEPROT 3A-4A blend containing milk protein, gelatin, modified starch for the production of yogurt with 8%-10% fat. No need of fresh milk.
