Muehlmeier E-CR glass - roving assembled E-CR 13 2400 is wound to a roving bobbin (assembled) by consistent stress wound strands. The recommended field of application is reinforcement of molds which are produced in spraying process. The size is optimal adjusted to the working with polyester and vinyl resins. E-CR glass fibers unit the electrical and mechanical characteristics of E-glass with excellent chemical and thermal resistance. Further advantages are the high dielectric strength and good wear resistance at simultaneously very good mechanical specific values of the laminate.

Muehlmeier E-CR glass - roving assembled E-CR 13 2400

Muehlmeier E-CR glass - direct roving E-CR300 is drawn directly from the glass melting and wound to a roving bobbin without turn. It is characterized by a soft silane size that is especially recommended for winding and pultrusion. The silane size was optimized for the working with polyester, epoxy, phenol and vinyl ester resins. Compared to E-glass, E-CR glass has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and higher dielectric strength. Therefore the preferred uses are installations and containers for the chemical industry.

Muehlmeier E-Glass - emulsion bonded E-CSM 225 consists of cut and non-oriented e-glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a liquid mat binder on PVAc base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact- or continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins.

Muehlmeier E-Glass - emulsion bonded E-CSM 225

StarStran® BMC cut fibers 991 CS EC 13 991 (51mm) long cut fibers are produced of E-glass fibers with fixed lengths. These short fibers LCF 991 are coated with a chemical size layer. The recommended field of application is carding /needling, air-laying process as well as the insulation of ovens. Resin-compatibility: PP, PA, polyester and further technical polymers.

Muehlmeier E-CR glass mat - powder bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact- and continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins. Compared to E-glass E-CR glass has excellent resistance against chemical and thermal influences and also a higher dielectric strength.

Muehlmeier Filament fabric silanized 1610 is a woven products of continuous E-glass yarns with a silane sizing. The glass yarns are spun yarns without or with a slight twist. They have excellent impregnability and drapability. Suitable for contact and continuous processes.

StarRov® E-glass direct roving PR 80 300 076 is drawn directly from the glass melting and wound to a roving bobbin without turn. It is characterized by a soft silane size that is especially recommended for weaving process or the production of cores, especially multiaxial fabrics. The direct roving 076 has a good impregnation with polyester, epoxy and vinyl ester resins, low wear and guarantees high mechanical strength of the final product.
