Mosselman Tall Oil Fatty Acids 25/30 (8002-26-4)

Mosselman Tall Oil Fatty Acids 25/30 (8002-26-4) oil is a by-product in the production of wood pulp by the Kraft process. The “black liquor” which is obtained in the purification of the wood pulp which contains the sodium soap of the tall oil fatty acids and rosin acids. By acidification a mixture of fatty acids and rosin acids is obtained. By further distillation the fatty acids and the rosin acids are separated.
