MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9116-1 is a base polymer of Polyphenylene Sulfide filled with 60% glass fibers. It has pre-drying conditions of 130-140°C for 2-4 hours in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer and is processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature above 140°C. It has low warpage, high toughness, and high stiffness and is used in automotive and machinery applications for injection molded parts.
