MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® CP FC 400.01-08 is a base polymer composed of cellulose acetate propionate containing 8% phthalate-free plasticiser. It is suitable for injection molding parts, food contact and typical applications such as toothbrushes. Pre-drying conditions should be in an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing should be injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-230°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. To ensure quality, keep it dry and protected from light.
