Pre-drying conditions involve air-circulation in a dryer at 50-80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. During injection molding, the melt temperature should range from 180-230°C and the mold temperature from 40-80°C. It is phthalate-free and contains a plasticiser.
