ALCOLOR® PC GY5020-17

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC GY5020-17 is a gray colorant for use in polycarbonate, with a dosage of 2.0% for extrusion and 2.0% for injection molding depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments and features dust-free, high dispersibility and high additive content. It has a Light Fastness colorant of blue woolscale 7 and should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-3 h depending on moisture content. This colorant is suitable for applications such as blow molded parts, extruded parts, injection molded parts in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments. It has excellent weather resistance and UV protection.
